Cancelling a Purchase
Return window: 14 days from the date you receive the item.
Item condition: Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Cancellation fee: 5 % of the order value or ₪100 (whichever is lower).

Easy Returns
By post (recommended): Send the item back to our Israeli address via registered mail—no need to notify us in advance.
Courier pickup: We can collect the package from your home for a flat fee of ₪35, which will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund promptly.

Exchanges
Exchanges are happily arranged—just email Customer Care to schedule your replacement and reserve stock.
